We’re excited to be offering a brand-new opportunity at Wolgarston High School as part of a wider expansion of our school curriculum — and we’re looking for someone who’s passionate about Music and Drama and ready to make a real difference.
From September 2025, we’re introducing this new role to give our students access to a broader, more enriching curriculum. It’s a fantastic chance to bring your creativity and subject knowledge into a school that values both academic achievement and personal development.
We’re keen to hear from someone who:
- Has a strong subject knowledge and a real enthusiasm for Music and Drama.
- Is confident teaching across the Performing Arts curriculum and can teach Music up to GCSE level.
- Can engage and inspire students across all Key Stages, helping them to achieve their full potential.
- Is happy to get involved in extra-curricular activities, supporting students to grow in confidence and creativity beyond the classroom.
Whether you’re an experienced teacher or just starting out, if you’re passionate about your subject and committed to helping young people thrive, we’d love to hear from you.
At Wolgarston, we’re proud of our inclusive and supportive school community. We believe that every student deserves access to high-quality teaching and a curriculum that reflects their interests and aspirations. We’re equally committed to supporting our staff, and we value the unique contribution each person brings to our school.
This is a great opportunity to be part of something new — to shape a subject area and help us offer something truly special to our students.
